As a peripheral and therefore sneaking into the camps, it came over as well organised and catered for. The arena displays were great (especially the commentaries) and the pyro and battle impressive. “It was a very well organised event.. We were next to Mr Jerked Meat Martin (*waves) whose Jerky really is some the most excellent I have tasted. It was a shame about the weather though and I am sure that attendance will improve as the event grows. So nice to see so many re-enactors there though and a great show was put on.
